Liza Mangum is a Seattle-based artist focusing on
neo-impressionist and abstract art. She is the creator
of the "Three Dimensional Pointillism Technique." TM"
Using this technique, she imbues her work with a sense
of energy, an intensity of color and a feeling of
movement that is both exciting and unusual. "She
combines Van Gogh and Seurat in a style all her own."

The subtle interplay of light and dark, shape and
color found in nature provides the inspiration for her
work. "I try to capture feeling through light and
color in my art." In her abstracts, using only black
and white, she has made the brush strokes and light
speak for themselves, with a depth of intensity and a
wealth of texture expressed in each brush-stroke.

The closer you look at her work the more you find.
